Oh yeah, I still got it !
Captian Cole!Cole has been waiting for this day for a long time. Everything he said would in someway come back to his party. He asked Jeff to jump(again) and before he could answer, Cole informs him that if he doesn't he won't be invited to his birthday party. He is quite a character.He really had an opinion for his party. After uncle Kenny's party he had made a decision so we did just that. We got pizza at the park with a game of kickball...well he had no interest in the game after he opened a gift that was a complete pirate ensemble. He had to go to the bathroom at a park that had only trees.. so off we went in his pirate garb to the nearest tree. As he was letting loose, he begins to sing, " its raining its pouring." He makes me laugh. Happy birthday buddy we love you!

At first I was confused as to why you had one sandal on and then one tennis shoe, but after enlarging the pic I saw the kick ball...now I got it...the wheels work, just need a little grease!
