Festival funThis year we were very lucky to be able to watch fireworks twice. On the 4th we went to my parents house for a steak bar-b-Que...then my dad pulled around the tractor. We filled it with pillows and blankets and then when the shows began he raised us up in the bucket. It was so fun. the next day we got up early to head up to Heber where they have a very cool firework show. we got there just in time for the parade. Lance & Lisa were already there and saved us a place. after we went to the festival at a near by park for some food and fun. that night was the big show at the high school...the fireworks are so close we were all covered in soot. it was really fun and loud.
p.s. the kids had so much fun dressing up in their 4th of july clothes. Karlee even got her cast red with blue sparkles.

Aaron's parents used to have a cabin in Heber and they do have one of the best firework shows. I miss them! We were actually supposed to go up there over the 4th to stay with his aunt and uncle who have a cabin there too, but I wasn't feeling well. Glad you guys had fun!

So many people went to Heber and said it was so fun. Sounds like a great 4th of July. You look so cute in that picture.
