This was seriously one of the funnest family nights. of course we were in great company, but we decided to have dinner together (chicken alfredo pizza) and play softball with the kids. Lance and Lisa and kids came too! I love that our kids get along so well because us adults like to play together! We actually feel very blessed to have such great friends and it is a bonus that they are family. Anyway we played at the park across the street and it was boys against girls. of course we didn't keep score and thankfully the kids didn't care. They caught on a lot faster than I thought they would, but it was great to see Karlee on second showing Lance her infected ear, and Kalli on first doing a hand stand, and Grady for some reason decided to throw a fit in the middle of the field. It was really fun. We ended the night with some brownies and showers!:)

Hey Penn! I'm behind on blogs as usual- but I can't believe all that's happened!! Young Women's President????!! Holy Moly- I'm sure you've got your hands full- as if you didn't already right? YES, it was inspired for sure! Love the picture of you with no front teeth- Your hair is FANTASTIC! Another happy birthday to Jeff! And I noticed Lisa had on jeans, and you braved a night outside.. does that mean it's finally cooling off just a tad bit? Thanks for the update- sure miss you guys!
